Operations Associate

Overview

Gopuff is seeking dedicated full-time Operations Associates to join its dynamic operations team at the Battersea location. Reporting directly to the Site Leader, individuals in this role play a critical part in supporting warehouse functions with enthusiasm and persistence. The position entails a variety of tasks including picking, packing, receiving inventory, and collaborating with delivery riders.

Responsibilities

• Selecting and packaging products for customer orders.
• Receiving deliveries from suppliers, verifying that received quantities align with purchase orders and invoices, and resolving any discrepancies.
• Managing inventory organization and restocking items from canceled orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse space.
• Controlling waste and spoilage by strictly following first-in, first-out (FIFO) methods.
• Communicating with customers to address out-of-stock or substituted items.

Requirements

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or warehouse settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Flexibility to work during peak hours, specifically between 5 pm and 2 am.
• Basic familiarity with web-based software such as Google Workspace.
• Physical capability to repeatedly lift weights up to 20 lbs.
