Role Overview

We are searching for a digitally adept, proactive, and highly driven individual to join our team in New York City. This role entails a dual focus: expanding our organic and paid media channels for existing products and actively participating in new product and partnership development while managing supply chain operations. You will report directly to the co-founders, who have experience growing some of the fastest-growing science-based consumer brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage supply chain logistics for specific product lines.
• Assist in product branding, defining features, and translating laboratory research into consumer products.
• Develop and lead marketing campaign plans for upcoming product launches and coordinate with the internal marketing team.
• Oversee and cultivate relationships with supplier partners to establish supply chains for new products.
• Prepare guidelines for customer support teams for new product introductions.
• Support co-founders in assessing new product categories for research and development.
• Drive strategic growth marketing efforts to rapidly scale existing products.
• Adapt and acquire new skills to contribute effectively to brand success.

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BS or BA) in any discipline with strong academic results.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in demanding sectors such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or similar.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within teams.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a record of delivering high-quality work.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong project management capabilities, proficient in meeting deadlines.
• Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professionally.
• Refusal to accept subpar standards; commitment to excellence.
• Genuine enthusiasm and interest in consumer products.
