Role Overview

Lupin is looking for a caring and driven Junior Occupational Therapist to become part of its multidisciplinary care team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will support the assessment, planning, and delivery of therapy interventions that help patients build, restore, or sustain the skills needed for everyday living and work.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the evaluation of patients’ physical, emotional, and social needs by using recognised occupational therapy assessment tools.
• Work with senior therapists to prepare tailored therapy plans for each patient.
• Carry out therapeutic exercises and interventions aimed at improving independence in daily activities.
• Monitor patient progress and help modify care plans under supervision when required.
• Guide patients and caregivers on approaches that improve functional ability and reduce the risk of injury.
• Take part in case reviews and discussions with the wider multidisciplinary team.
• Keep clinical documentation complete, accurate, and up to date in line with organisational and legal requirements.
• Follow professional ethics, safety practices, and health regulations at all times.

Experience

The position requires 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.

Education

A Master’s degree is required for this role.
