About the Role
Hawk Eye Security Devices is seeking a full-time Office Assistant based in Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad (Delhi-NCR). The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience, although freshers demonstrating strong skills are also encouraged to apply. The monthly salary ranges between ₹12,000 and ₹18,000, determined by experience and performance. Immediate joining is expected.
Responsibilities
- Managing documentation, email communications, and filing systems effectively.
- Preparing work reports, job sheets, invoices, and conducting follow-ups regularly.
- Coordinating with vendors and clients and handling incoming calls professionally.
- Utilizing MS Office applications including Word and Excel, managing WhatsApp communications, and other online tasks.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting management with daily operational activities.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer applications, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills in both Hindi and English.
- Demonstrates responsibility, punctuality, and quick learning ability.
- Experience in the service industry is preferred but not mandatory.
Work Schedule & Location
Work hours are from Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. The office is located at L-152, Sector-12, Pratap Vihar, Ghaziabad.
