Midweight Graphic Designer

About the Role

We are partnering with a thriving creative agency focused on the healthcare and MedTech industries, seeking a skilled Midweight Graphic Designer to join their collaborative team based in West London. This permanent position offers flexible working hours and hybrid arrangements, requiring a minimum of two days in the office.

Responsibilities

• Create diverse creative assets including social media graphics, branding materials, exhibition visuals, and printed collateral.
• Manage projects from initial brief through to finalized artwork production.
• Maintain and enhance client brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables.
• Work closely with creative colleagues, content experts, and client service teams to deliver quality outcomes.
• Leverage AI tools proactively to optimize and innovate the creative workflow.
• Mentor and support the development of a junior designer, fostering knowledge sharing and raising design standards.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in a midweight graphic design capacity with a strong portfolio.
• Excellent design sensibility and artwork capabilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experienced producing both print-ready and digital materials.
• Solid background in branding and brochure design.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Strong photo retouching skills.
• Enthusiastic about developing skills in AI tools relevant to design.
• Agency background or experience within healthcare and MedTech industries is advantageous.
• Additional skills in motion graphics, animation, or presentation design are welcomed.
