About the Role
China State Construction is seeking experienced Mechanical Site Engineers specializing in Plumbing and HVAC to join their construction team working on a high-rise tower project in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, supervise, and control daily on-site precast activities to ensure efficient execution.
- Maintain detailed records of daily site operations and prepare professional site progress reports.
- Conduct daily inspections to assess site work quality, progress, and safety compliance.
- Oversee all trade activities with a focus on progress tracking, quality assurance, health and safety standards, and cost management.
- Coordinate among various trades to facilitate seamless workflow on site.
- Perform additional duties assigned by the Construction Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Between three and five years of relevant professional experience in mechanical site engineering.
