About the Role
Saint Ignatius' College Riverview, a Catholic boys' school situated in Lane Cove, New South Wales, seeks a passionate, full-time Mathematics teacher to join its educational community starting 2027. The school educates day and boarding students from Years 5 to 12, focusing on holistic development in line with Jesuit traditions.
Responsibilities
- Deliver innovative, engaging, and collaborative Mathematics instruction across Stages 4, 5, and 6.
- Contribute to the co-curricular programs provided by the College.
Candidate Profile
- Must be accredited with the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) to teach in New South Wales.
- Possess outstanding experience teaching Mathematics in classrooms for Stages 4 to 6.
- Exhibit strong teamwork skills and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- Demonstrate commitment to continuous professional development and learning.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities.
- Embrace and uphold the Mission and Values of Saint Ignatius' College Riverview.
- Hold a current Working with Children Check and prioritize child safety, welfare, and well-being.
