Marketing Science Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of the organization's data warehouse and reporting systems, ensuring data integrity and quality.
• Analyze complex and large datasets, generating both on-demand and scheduled reports and dashboards to guide business choices.
• Maintain rigorous data privacy and security practices in all tasks.
• Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to develop targeted audiences for digital campaigns and support analytics for email, SMS, mobile apps, and push notification strategies.
• Conduct post-event analyses using quantitative and qualitative data to extract insights and improve future event planning.
• Effectively communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior executives and external partners.
• Create research materials and presentations to support marketing strategies.
• Validate new data sources and assist in quality assurance for ongoing projects.
• Perform other related duties as required.

Education and Experience

• Relevant professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and work history.
• One to two years of experience in a Business Intelligence or data warehouse setting, with a preference for Snowflake platform knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Competence in SQL and knowledge of either Python or R programming languages.
• Experience with data visualization software, especially Tableau.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, is advantageous.
• Prior exposure to sports business operations and related technology workflows is a plus.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This role primarily involves office-based work with occasional exposure to outdoor conditions. Physical requirements include frequent sitting, use of hands for handling tools or controls, communication, and occasional standing, walking, and lifting objects up to 25 pounds. The role demands good vision capabilities and the ability to adjust focus. Extended hours and weekend work may be required occasionally. Travel demands are minimal, anticipated at zero percent local travel.
