Position Overview
Seeking seasoned marketing specialists to assess the effectiveness of AI systems in accomplishing real-world marketing tasks and to establish standards for exceptional performance. This involves crafting specific grading benchmarks and rigorously evaluating completed work samples with detailed, logical written rationales.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop accurate, task-focused evaluation criteria for diverse marketing outputs such as creative briefs, campaign concepts, brand messaging frameworks, advertising copy and scripts, integrated campaign strategies, and client-facing presentations.
- Assess both AI-produced and human-generated samples by applying these criteria, thoroughly justifying each rating with written explanations.
- Maintain consistent, evidence-based evaluations ensuring reproducibility and defendability of scores.
- Integrate structured feedback from senior assessors and promptly refine your assessments accordingly.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of five years’ experience in marketing or advertising.
- Professional background as a creative director, account lead, or brand strategist at prestigious global creative agencies, or senior brand marketing roles within prominent consumer companies.
- Profound expertise in everyday marketing practices, including drafting and critiquing creative briefs, managing campaigns spanning multiple channels, developing brand positioning and messaging, and evaluating creative work against briefs and business goals.
- Superior written communication capabilities with the ability to articulate the rationale behind evaluation decisions clearly.
- Meticulous, reliable, and receptive to peer review and calibration of judgments.
- Experience with AI training, evaluation, or projects involving human data is highly advantageous.
- No requirement for specialized skills in media planning or measurement methodologies.
