Role Overview

We are expanding our organic social media footprint in the United States and seek an energetic and creative Marketing Coordinator. This person will be pivotal in producing, filming, and editing organic content, particularly on platforms like TikTok, while actively engaging communities offline. The role demands a vibrant on-camera personality equally skilled behind the scenes in content editing and creation. Additional responsibilities include supporting influencer relations, partnerships, event activities, and marketing analytics. This opportunity is a long-term contract with the possibility of transitioning into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain growth of Withings' organic social networks, especially TikTok, through content creation, editing (using tools such as CapCut), and posting.
• Appear confidently on camera and manage shooting and editing tasks.
• Engage with fitness and community groups through street interviews, event coverage, and photography.
• Interact with audiences by commenting and fostering engagement on social platforms.
• Assist in influencer management tasks including gifting, coordinating with platforms like LTK and Shop My, and follow-up to ensure campaign deliverables.
• Identify new affiliate marketing opportunities.
• Contribute to partnership projects by designing webpage mockups (Figma knowledge helpful), producing videos, and crafting basic graphic content.
• Coordinate content submissions and requests through Notion.
• Provide logistical and on-site support for marketing events and activations.
• Track partnership campaign outcomes and produce monthly social media performance reports.
• Manage administrative tasks such as preparing purchase orders for influencers and affiliates.

Candidate Profile

• Confident and skilled at both on-camera presence and behind-the-camera production.
• Outgoing, personable, and comfortable engaging with strangers and community members.
• Possess a portfolio or social media account evidencing content creation capabilities.
• Experienced with CapCut or similar video editing software.
• Technologically adept and quick to learn new platforms and tools.
• Knowledgeable about and passionate regarding running and gym/fitness subcultures.
• Organized and dependable to juggle various marketing support duties along with content tasks.

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Proficiency with Figma for web design mockups.
• Basic skills in graphic design.
• Familiarity with Notion platform.
• Competence with G Suite applications.
