About the Role

WealthBridge Financial Group is looking for an accomplished financial advisor to join as a Managing Director. This senior role is suited to a professional with a strong track record of building a personal advisory practice who now wishes to transition into leadership, guiding both personal success and team growth.

Key Responsibilities

The Managing Director will focus on expanding and leading a team of seasoned financial advisors aiming to grow their practices. Responsibilities include maintaining client relationships, recruiting and mentoring advisors, cultivating a culture driven by high performance, and contributing to the strategic growth of the company.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience within financial services, with evidence of a developing personal client base
• Possession of an active Life and Health insurance license
• Preferably hold FINRA licenses Series 6/7 and 63/66; sponsorship available if not held
• Proven skills in client acquisition, financial planning, and relationship management
• Demonstrated leadership abilities, keen on mentoring and building effective teams
• Strong business orientation with a long-term growth vision
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
