Описание работы

About the Role

The Levy and Incentives Management Division (LIMD) sits within SkillsFuture Singapore’s Incentives Management and Enforcement Group (IMEG). The team supports organisation-wide efforts to strengthen the Continuing Education and Training (CET) ecosystem by managing grants effectively, collecting the Skills Development Levy (SDL), and taking action against fraud and misuse. LIMD’s work helps build a CET environment that is responsive, high quality, and inclusive.

What You Will Do

In this temporary role, you will report to the team lead and support the daily administration and operations of the SkillsFuture Level-Up Training Allowance and Workfare Skills Support Level Up Training Allowance programmes.

  • Manage appeals from members of the public, including investigating cases and coordinating follow-up with relevant stakeholders.
  • Conduct quality reviews of outsourced service partners, including sample checks to confirm that standard operating procedures, processing requirements, and policy rules are being followed.
  • Support the officer in rolling out improvements to the Training Allowance System (TAS).
  • Help review SOPs and prepare work instructions.
  • Assist with engagement activities involving training providers and other partners.
  • Extract, compile, and perform basic analysis on data for reporting and operational support.
  • Take on other assigned duties as needed.

What We Are Looking For

You should have up to 5 years of relevant experience in grants, operations, or systems development. The role calls for strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, familiarity with systems and design thinking methods, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively across teams. Good interpersonal skills, flexibility in a fast-moving environment, strong spoken and written communication, stakeholder management, presentation ability, and proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, and presentation tools are important. Experience with SkillsFuture Grants, CET, or the industry will be an added advantage.

Additional Information

Candidates are encouraged to create a Careers & Skills Passport (CSP) account and include the public profile in their resume. Refer to the relevant CSP information on the SkillsFuture Singapore website for details.
