Manager - Talent Sourcing

Role Overview

This position is tailored for a discerning individual with expertise in talent acquisition, especially within the technology sector. As a Talent Sourcing Manager at Schneider Electric, you will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and recruiting top-tier candidates to fulfill the digital hiring demands of the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp job specifications and formulate effective sourcing strategies.
• Leverage diverse sourcing channels such as online databases, social media, job portals, and professional networks to pinpoint suitable talent.
• Evaluate resumes and job applications to align candidate qualifications with job criteria.
• Initiate and maintain communication with potential candidates via emails, calls, and messages, sharing details about Schneider Electric and available roles.
• Develop and sustain a talent pipeline for future recruitment needs.
• Participate in job fairs, industry gatherings, and networking events to build relationships and enhance the company’s employer branding.
• Coordinate scheduling of interviews and assessments with hiring teams.
• Monitor sourcing metrics and deliver consistent reports on recruitment activities.
• Keep abreast of evolving trends and best practices in talent sourcing.

Candidate Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Talent Sourcer or similar capacity within a large, matrixed multinational corporation, preferably focusing on technology roles.
• Proficiency in various sourcing methods and tools such as Boolean and X-Ray searches, AI-driven sourcing software, CRM systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Talent Insights.
• Strong knowledge of technology-related, non-technical, and supply chain job requirements and terminology.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal capabilities.
• Ability to multitask efficiently and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
• Competence in applicant tracking systems and database management with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
