Position Overview

This role offers the chance to influence enterprise-wide talent strategies and shape how organizations grow, engage, and support their workforce. You will collaborate with senior leadership and HR teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and drive business results, with a focus on talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR programs within a global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and refine company-wide talent strategies in alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee major talent processes such as talent reviews, performance management, goal-setting, succession planning, and individual development planning.
  • Streamline talent procedures to improve the experience of both employees and managers.
  • Contribute to strategic HR and cultural transformation projects emphasizing future work models and organizational change.
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to roll out enterprise-wide programs successfully.
  • Create executive-level presentations, communication materials, and reports for senior leadership discussions.
  • Analyze workforce and culture data to extract trends and provide actionable recommendations to increase organizational impact.
  • Manage leadership reporting, strategic analyses, and prioritize critical workforce projects.
  • Lead complex projects involving diverse stakeholders across multiple business areas.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree with at least 7 years of experience in human resources, talent management, organizational strategy, management consulting, or related fields, or alternatively, a high school diploma/GED with 14 years of relevant experience.
  • A master's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Experience exceeding 10 years in HR, talent management, organizational effectiveness, strategy, or akin areas is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate executive presence and the capacity to influence and collaborate effectively with senior leaders.
  • Track record of managing complex projects across multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical capabilities coupled with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex data into clear insights, strategic recommendations, and senior-level narratives.
  • Comfortable functioning in ambiguous, fast-paced environments while delivering measurable results.
  • Excellent organizational skills managing competing priorities efficiently.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally when required.
