Key Responsibilities

• Lead the onboarding process for new corporate clients onto the app, collaborating closely with Group Sales teams to discover opportunities and promote adoption.
• Scout, assess, and select third-party vendors to enhance the Health & Wellbeing ecosystem, managing contract negotiations, compliance, and system integrations.
• Oversee vendor performance by regularly reviewing service level agreements to ensure quality delivery.
• Enhance digital policy servicing by encouraging app users to complete policy servicing requests, downloads, and updates via the platform.
• Drive renewal premium collections through targeted campaigns directly via the mobile app.

Qualifications and Experience

• Between 6 to 10 years of experience in Group Sales, Healthtech, or Fintech sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in onboarding and managing corporate clients and vendor relationships.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and partners.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI-powered tools and platforms to expedite creative development and execution.
