Role Overview
As a Manager or Associate Director, your focus will be on providing cutting-edge solutions and overseeing projects that make a significant impact on our clients. Experience required ranges from 7 to 15 years depending on level, ideally in consulting or professional services environments involving organisational transformation.
Daily Responsibilities
- Engage clients through presentations highlighting project progress and future opportunities
- Manage multiple project workstreams ensuring alignment with strategic objectives
- Lead and facilitate onsite workshops to align stakeholders and gather insights
- Collaborate with teams to develop detailed project plans including resource and risk management
- Solve complex problems using analytical expertise and subject matter knowledge
- Integrate AI and digital tools to improve project deliverables and efficiency
- Perform thorough quality assurance reviews prior to client submissions
- Drive business development activities including networking and proposal leadership
- Mentor and coach junior colleagues to enhance team capabilities
- Contribute to national practice development and business growth initiatives
Qualifications & Experience
- 7-10 years’ experience for Managers, 10-15 years for Associate Directors, preferably in consulting or roles centered on organisational change or workforce strategy
- Tertiary qualifications relevant to human capital, business, or organisational disciplines such as Change Management, Organisational Development, Leadership Studies, HR Management or related fields
- Proven expertise in designing and leading organisational structures or change programmes
- Strong leadership and project management skills with ability to guide diverse teams
- Exceptional communication skills to clearly convey complex concepts
- Adept at building lasting client relationships using interpersonal and emotional intelligence
- Strategic analytical and problem-solving capacity
- Willingness to adopt and apply new technologies including AI for enhanced solutions
