Maintenance Associate

About the Role

Join IQVIA's Global Site Activation Team, a group of 2000 professionals dedicated to improving patient outcomes by supporting clinical trials and ensuring the activation of sites to the highest standards. As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a vital role in the maintenance phase of clinical studies, collaborating closely with Maintenance Leads and Clinical Trial & Relationship Managers to successfully complete all necessary maintenance and regulatory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup, updating, and continuous maintenance of internal systems, study-specific databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Work alongside cross-functional teams to ensure maintenance activities comply with timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize and analyze various study dashboards to monitor study progress, metrics, and compliance levels.
• Identify and proactively report risks, issues, and patterns discovered through data analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, preferably within healthcare or a similar industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster effective working relationships.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Comfortable collaborating across various time zones, cultures, and geographic locations.
