About the Role

Join Australia's largest department store as a Logistics Team Member to support operations by managing stock flow and assisting with logistics. This position is based in Torquay, Victoria, at the loading dock, where you will play a key role in ensuring merchandise is safely and efficiently transferred from the stock room to store floors.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming shipments by safely unloading and accurately moving stock within the store.
• Maintain accurate records of merchandise movement to support inventory management.
• Utilize appropriate equipment and follow safety procedures to lift and move medium to large items.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will bring prior experience in loading dock operations, logistics, or replenishment activities, paired with a strong commitment to workplace safety. Attention to detail, initiative, and a positive work ethic are essential, alongside excellent teamwork and communication capabilities. A customer-focused, can-do attitude is also important.
