Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Logistics and Supply Chain Management Specialist for a contract role offering $40 to $50 per hour with remote work flexibility. The commitment ranges between 10 to 40 hours weekly.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine logistics documentation rigorously to ensure authenticity, accuracy, and adherence to industry standards.
• Create annotated sample documents to demonstrate optimal logistics and supply chain management practices.
• Assess existing supply chain workflows and recommend enhancements informed by practical experience.
• Provide comprehensive feedback on logistics scenarios, emphasizing document structure and process efficiency improvements.
• Work closely with project teams to clarify logistics requirements and elucidate complex concepts.
• Engage in quality assurance activities by validating the accuracy and applicability of supply chain data sets.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Substantial practical experience with logistics and supply chain management, including packing lists, bills of lading, and inventory registers.
• In-depth knowledge of logistics processes, documentation standards, and global supply chain operations.
• Exceptional ability to clearly convey complex technical information in English.
• Strong attention to detail in reviewing and generating supply chain documentation.
• Proven analytical skills with a track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in logistics environments.
• A master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related discipline is advantageous.
