Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Leasing Property Consultant to join our Leasing Division. This role involves managing tenant inquiries, property listings, and lease agreements while actively driving new business development.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle tenant inquiries and rental leads efficiently.
• List available properties and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings for clients.
• Liaise effectively with landlords, tenants, and internal teams.
• Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
• Draft leasing agreements and associated documentation.
• Adhere strictly to company policies and compliance standards.
• Proactively generate leasing opportunities through cold calling and outbound efforts.

Candidate Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of leasing or real estate experience within Qatar.
• Possession of a valid Qatar ID (QID).
• Valid Qatar driving license accompanied by personal vehicle ownership.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is advantageous.
• Results-oriented with a strong target-driven mindset.
• Excellent self-management and organisational skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
