Role Overview
We are seeking a Learning & Development Specialist focused on Leadership Development who is enthusiastic about nurturing talent, shaping future leaders, and delivering meaningful employee experiences that contribute to business success. This role involves translating innovative ideas into effective, practical leadership and capability programs within the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering comprehensive leadership and capability-building programs.
- Supporting initiatives related to talent management, succession planning, and employee career development.
- Leading projects aimed at improving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness.
- Facilitating workshops and various training sessions to enhance development activities.
- Collaborating closely with leaders to identify gaps in capabilities and opportunities for growth.
- Employing data analysis and insights to recommend impactful development solutions and evaluate program success.
- Assisting with change management initiatives and embedding best practice organisational development strategies.
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years of professional experience in leadership and capability development or a closely related area.
- Strong foundation in Learning & Development principles or Adult Learning theories.
- Educational qualifications in Education, Organisational Development, Organisational Psychology, or related disciplines are highly desirable.
- Additional coaching and profiling certifications will be viewed favorably.
- Deep understanding of leadership models, talent management, adult education methods, and emerging trends.
- Advanced skills in facilitation.
- Excellent communication, customer service orientation, and strong relationship-building abilities with influence across organizational levels.
