Key Responsibilities

• Support and advise warehouse staff in the central warehouse to implement and ensure LEAN practices, including continuous improvements, training, and daily LEAN routines
• Act as the main contact point for all LEAN-related topics within the logistics department, taking responsibility for implementing relevant projects and serving as a role model for LEAN philosophy on site
• Develop tracking and reporting tools for LEAN initiatives and organize local best-practice events
• Assist deployed LEAN coaches with on-site audits and report findings to warehouse logistics management
• Coordinate activities for the LEAN Academy and conduct training sessions for logistics personnel
