Job Responsibilities

• Execute outbound calls to generate leads for U.S.-based clients in sectors like Health Insurance, Auto Insurance, Debt Settlement, Final Expense, SSDI, and Home Services.
• Interact with potential customers to assess their needs and determine genuine interest in offered services.
• Accurately document customer interactions and lead details within CRM platforms.
• Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for qualified leads and conversions.
• Maintain exemplary communication standards and adhere strictly to company and client protocols.
• Work collaboratively with peers to elevate call effectiveness and lead conversion outcomes.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Strong proficiency in English communication, both verbal and written.
• Preferably possess experience in international BPO or U.S. lead generation processes.
• Demonstrate a goal-focused, self-driven, and target-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with fundamental computer skills including MS Office and CRM usage.
• Ability and readiness to work night shifts aligned with U.S. process timings.
