About the Role

This position is based in Gitorni, New Delhi, within the medical education industry, focusing on generating quality leads primarily through paid advertising. The role demands managing multiple digital campaign platforms and coordinating closely with sales teams to ensure effective lead conversion. The salary offered ranges from ₹14,000 to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize advertising campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
• Develop and execute strategies to attract potential clients for real estate projects through paid marketing efforts.
• Drive social media marketing activities across various platforms to boost engagement and results.
• Implement and manage SEO practices to enhance website ranking and increase organic traffic.
• Monitor campaign outcomes rigorously and deliver periodic performance reports with actionable insights.
• Partner with the sales department to increase conversion rates of generated leads.

Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing is essential.
• Experience working within the real estate sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficient in managing Google Ads, Meta Ads including Facebook and Instagram, and LinkedIn advertising platforms.
• Strong abilities in lead generation and social media marketing strategies.
• Knowledge of SEO techniques to improve search engine rankings.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics is preferred to effectively analyze campaign data.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills to manage campaigns and work collaboratively with teams.
