Role Overview
We seek an energetic and self-driven Lead Generation Executive to scout for upcoming corporate and IT office projects in Pune. This role requires visiting construction sites, gathering project specifics, and pinpointing influential stakeholders to provide carefully vetted leads for the Sales Manager.
Key Duties
- Conduct site visits to commercial construction and office projects across Pune.
- Discover new interior fit-out and office-related projects.
- Collect comprehensive project details including location, client name, project status, and anticipated fit-out schedule.
- Identify and record contact information of Project Management Consultants, architects, interior designers, contractors, and relevant decision-makers.
- Keep an organized and current lead database with daily and weekly reporting.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to ensure prompt lead follow-ups.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any field of study.
- Between 1 to 3 years of experience in areas such as field sales, lead generation, construction, interior design, or real estate is preferred.
- Strong communication abilities and good networking skills.
- Readiness and ability to travel frequently within Pune.
- Fundamental proficiency in MS Excel.
- Possession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is advantageous.
Compensation and Terms
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from 18,000 to 20,000 INR.
