Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Labourer to join our team in Cornwall, Ontario. This role is essential to the daily operations, particularly in helping with the dismantling and recycling of vehicles. It is ideal for those who have a passion for cars and enjoy practical, hands-on tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Organizing and positioning vehicles in the yard each morning as per the site’s layout plan
Maintaining the tidiness, safety, and accessibility of vehicle rows for customers
Regularly inspecting the yard to collect debris, tools, and parts scattered on the ground
Removing and inspecting used tires from vehicles in the yard
Safely detaching tires from rims using manual hand tools or machinery
Sorting, inspecting, and separating rims for resale or scrap recycling purposes

Qualifications

Previous experience in general labour or a related role preferred
Physical ability to lift weights up to 50 pounds
Capability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Dependability and eagerness to learn different business functions
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
