Key Responsibilities

• Sanitize and clean all kitchen areas used for meal preparation, including ovens, grills, sinks, and stoves.
• Receive and properly store food and equipment deliveries to their designated areas.
• Ensure work surfaces, floors, and walls are kept clean and sanitized at all times.
• Assist chefs with basic food preparation tasks such as peeling and washing ingredients.
• Keep freezers, refrigerators, storage, and back-of-house areas orderly and hygienic.
