Role Overview

We are seeking a Key Holder / Sales Assistant (w/m/d) for our Sankt Augustin (HUMA) store, available immediately on a full-time or part-time basis (20-40 hours per week).

Responsibilities

• Manage store opening and closing procedures responsibly.
• Collaborate closely with the team to provide customers with an exceptional shopping experience.
• Support sales activities actively on the sales floor to achieve sales targets.
• Implement diverse sales-promoting measures and adhere to visual merchandising standards.
• Maintain efficient management of cashier operations, inventory, and sales floor organization.

• Proven experience as a Key Holder or comparable role.
• Strong sales aptitude with a dedication to customer service.

Compensation

The starting salary for full-time employment is 2410 Euros gross per month. Depending on qualifications and relevant professional experience, higher salary levels are negotiable.
