Overview
The Key Accounts Manager (KAM) plays a vital role in overseeing strategic partnerships within the consumer home appliances service segment. This role entrusts you with maintaining service level agreements (SLAs) and turnaround times (TAT), while enhancing client satisfaction and operational standards.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handle designated Key Client Accounts (KCA) and serve as the principal liaison.
- Establish and nurture long-standing relationships with critical stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Organize and participate in frequent business review sessions with each client.
