Role Overview

We are seeking a diligent Junior Watch Technician to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in watch repair and servicing, with preference given to those experienced with luxury brands. This role demands a meticulous eye for detail and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance on a wide range of watches.
• Carry out battery changes, strap fittings, and minor fixes with precision.
• Identify malfunctions and troubleshoot issues effectively.
• Maintain high-quality standards across all repair work.
• Keep tools and the work area clean and well-organized.
• Conduct routine inspections and upkeep of watches.
• Work closely with retail or customer service teams to communicate repair statuses.
• Ensure repairs and servicing tasks are completed within deadlines.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a watch technician.
• Thorough knowledge of watch repair techniques, servicing, and maintenance.
• Expertise with luxury or branded watches is advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing technical watch issues.
• Exceptional precision and attention to detail.
• Capability to operate both independently and within a team environment.

Preferred Credentials

• Technical certification in watch repair or a related discipline is beneficial.
