Position Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Junior Procurement Manager to assist in our purchasing operations. This role involves the creation and processing of purchase orders, verifying the accuracy of purchase requests, and ensuring effective coordination with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Generating and managing purchase orders within the system.
• Examining purchase requests to verify their completeness and accuracy.
• Liaising with various internal teams regarding order confirmations and any updates.
• Monitoring order statuses and promptly reporting delays or problems.
• Keeping procurement records and documentation systematically organized.

• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Additional Information

The workplace is located at Kompleksi e-88, Laprake, Tirana. The position requires working 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
