Junior Engineer

About the Role

A S D Enterprises is seeking a Junior Engineer with expertise in civil engineering to oversee construction projects primarily around the Mumbai suburban regions including Vangani, Badlapur, Ambernath, Ulhasnagar, Kalyan, and Dombivli. This is a full-time position with a monthly salary ranging between 15,000 and 25,000 INR. The selected candidate will be crucial in managing construction activities and ensuring adherence to technical and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily construction operations at the assigned project sites to guarantee smooth progress.
• Liaise effectively with architects, contractors, suppliers, and vendors to coordinate project requirements.
• Track material needs, handle procurement processes, and maintain site inventory control.
• Ensure all work aligns with architectural drawings, quality benchmarks, and scheduled deadlines.
• Perform detailed site inspections and document progress through comprehensive reports.
• Validate billing statements, measurements, and audit material consumption for accuracy.
• Maintain strict compliance with safety protocols and company policies throughout project execution.

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of a Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) or Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Civil Engineering.
• Possess between 2 to 5 years of experience in civil construction or real estate development projects.
• Sound understanding of construction materials alongside effective site execution strategies.
• Excellent skills in coordination, communication, and problem-solving to manage on-site challenges.
• Proficient in supervising vendors, contractors, and overall site management activities.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, Excel, and Microsoft Office tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
