Junior Consultant - Tamheer

Role Overview

The Junior Consultant under the Tamheer program plays a key role in project teams by providing expert advice and delivering high-quality consulting services to clients. This position requires active collaboration within project groups, supporting various client engagements, and aiding the development of advisory methodologies and frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

• Work alongside project teams to ensure successful delivery of advisory projects in areas such as human resources strategy, organizational culture, corporate strategy, and transformation initiatives.
• Develop and present insightful consulting solutions aimed at achieving high client satisfaction.
• Identify and suggest operational and strategic improvements to boost client effectiveness.
• Collaborate with both internal consultants and external specialists to tailor advisory services to client needs.
• Analyze internal workflows to detect inefficiencies and assist in initiatives designed to enhance operational performance.
• Partner with multiple departments to ensure effective execution of internal strategic projects.
• Support the creation and upkeep of proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and thought leadership materials.

Candidate Qualifications

• Must be registered on the Taqat platform fulfilling all Tamheer program eligibility requirements.
• Recent graduate holding a Bachelor's degree.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly PowerPoint.
