Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished IT Tech Support professional to provide front-line technology assistance across our offices and project locations. This position offers diverse, customer-centric duties including Level 1 and Level 2 support, managing device deployments, assisting with Microsoft 365 applications, and delivering on-site technology support.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support to employees across the organization.
- Handle incident management and service requests through our ticketing system.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and related peripherals.
- Provide support for Microsoft 365 tools such as Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
- Facilitate user onboarding, offboarding, and oversee account management processes.
- Travel regularly to various offices and project sites providing on-site support and equipment installation.
- Maintain and support meeting rooms, collaboration technologies, and workplace devices.
- Keep updated asset registers, inventory logs, and manage equipment lifecycle tasks.
- Assist with basic infrastructure tasks, including network support, server room maintenance, and coordination with technology vendors.
- Participate in cybersecurity efforts, patch management, and continuous process improvement initiatives.
Candidate Profile
- A possess an IT qualification or equivalent relevant industry experience.
- Experience working within Windows 11 and Microsoft 365 environments.
- Familiarity with service desk or ticket management systems.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot end-user computing devices.
- Knowledge of Active Directory and/or Microsoft Entra ID is preferred.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
- Excellent oral and written communication capabilities.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Capacity to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Meticulous attention to detail with disciplined documentation and record-keeping habits.
- Upholds professionalism, integrity, and accountability consistently.
- Current driver's license with readiness to travel regularly to various sites.
