Key Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize support tickets throughout the resolution process using a ticketing platform.
• Escalate complex technical problems to the development team with comprehensive documentation.
• Provide courteous and professional customer service, maintaining communication throughout support interactions.
• Enhance internal documentation and update knowledge articles continuously as you learn.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate or near-graduate from an Associate's, Bachelor's, technical program, or bootcamp.
• Strong enthusiasm for technology and motivation to build a career in IT support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with a service-oriented approach.
