Role Overview

The IT Supply Operations Specialist is entrusted with overseeing operational procurement for Data Center Infrastructure and Network Connectivity services across the APAC region. This role involves managing the entire procurement lifecycle—from supplier sourcing and evaluation to contract negotiation, purchase processing, and payment coordination. Success requires close collaboration with internal departments such as Engineering, Finance, and Legal, alongside engaging external suppliers. The ideal candidate is meticulously organized, detail-focused, and adept at juggling multiple procurement tasks within a dynamic international setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage operational procurement end-to-end for Data Center Infrastructure, Network Connectivity, and associated IT categories.
• Identify, assess, and engage suppliers throughout APAC to meet organizational needs.
• Lead commercial negotiations and facilitate contract execution involving internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Handle procurement requests, purchase orders, invoicing, and payment documents using ERP and procurement platforms.
• Work collaboratively with Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other teams to ensure procurement activities proceed timely and efficiently.
• Assist in supplier onboarding, qualification, and ongoing vendor management activities.
• Monitor procurement progress including contracts, orders, and payments, resolving any issues quickly.
• Ensure strict compliance with Nebius's procurement policies, approval processes, and internal controls.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with regional suppliers to promote operational excellence and business continuity.
• Identify and recommend improvements to procurement workflows, enhancing process efficiency and vendor performance.

Required Qualifications

• More than two years' professional experience in IT Procurement, Procurement Operations, or Supply Operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience in sourcing suppliers and supporting commercial contract negotiations.
• Proficient in using ERP and procurement systems such as SAP, Oracle, Coupa, NetSuite, or their equivalents.
• Experienced in managing procurement activities from initial requisition through to payment completion.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage several tasks at once.
• Excellent communication capabilities and strong aptitude for working collaboratively across multiple internal teams.
• High attention to detail coupled with a proactive approach to solving emerging problems.
• Professional fluency in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in procuring Data Center infrastructure and Network Connectivity services.
• Knowledgeable about telecom and connectivity offerings like IP Transit, DIA, Dark Fiber, Cross Connects, Colocation, and Remote Hands services.
• Experience working with suppliers throughout the APAC region.
• Previous involvement in Data Center expansion or construction initiatives.
• Familiarity with procurement best practices, supplier relationship management, and contract administration.
