About the Role

We seek a seasoned IT leader to spearhead enterprise-wide IT operations, infrastructure, security, service management, and governance of managed services within a complex hybrid technology setting for our client.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise IT operations encompassing infrastructure, cloud, service management, security, and application operations.
  • Manage hybrid infrastructure environments covering both on-premise and cloud platforms.
  • Implement ITIL-based processes including service delivery, incident, problem, change, and release management.
  • Oversee managed service providers, ensuring vendor performance, SLA adherence, and operational excellence.
  • Direct disaster recovery, business continuity, and operational resilience initiatives.
  • Develop and reinforce cybersecurity operations and compliance frameworks.
  • Advocate and implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure-as-code strategies.
  • Supervise application operations, software development lifecycle governance, release management, and development demand management.

  • Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to align IT services with organizational priorities.

Technical Skills and Expertise

  • Comprehensive management of large-scale IT infrastructure.

  • Hands-on exposure to enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, and security operations.
