International Customer Support Representative - HR (Freshers)

Job Overview

We are seeking fresh candidates for the role of International Customer Support Representative focusing on US voice process. This role entails delivering exceptional Tier 2 customer support aimed at complete issue resolution and customer satisfaction. Candidates without a graduation degree, including dropouts and those with pending backlogs from the years 2023, 2024, and 2025, are encouraged to apply. Additionally, applicants with just PUC (10+2) are eligible.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats accurately logging all interactions in relevant tools.
• Provide recruitment assistance for fresh candidates and rehires following prescribed protocols.
• Guide customers through navigation of self-service portals.
• Conduct security verifications adhering to company policies and GDPR standards.
• Make outbound calls as per client/company guidelines.
• Maintain productivity while ensuring excellent call and data quality standards aligned with targets.
• Collaborate and communicate openly with team members and supervisors.
• Follow all organizational policies and ensure documentation like DTPs, Knowledgebase, and SharePoint is kept current.
• Ensure punctual attendance and demonstrate high integrity and attention to detail.
• Minimize customer complaints through professional service and call control techniques.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proficient in customer service technology, including Ticket Tracking Systems such as Service Now, ERP software, Microsoft Office Suite, and internet browsers.
• Good technical aptitude and ability to learn swiftly.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.

Work Details

Additional Information

• Salary is 336000 INR per annum.
• Notice period: Immediate joiners preferred or notice up to 15 days.
