Role Overview

Creato invites enthusiastic individuals to join as an Intern Product Designer (UI/UX) for a six-month internship. The position involves designing user-friendly digital interfaces and enhancing user experiences across creator management and campaign workflows. The role requires close collaboration with product, engineering, and business teams to transform concepts into user-focused solutions.

This unpaid internship focuses on personal and professional growth, providing a unique chance to build foundational skills and gain firsthand experience in a rapidly growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

• Create sleek, modern interfaces for Creato’s web platform using Figma.
• Refine user journeys, wireframes, and prototypes to ensure smooth experiences for agencies and creator managers.
• Help develop and maintain the design system to uphold platform consistency.
• Collaborate with developers and product teams to convert requirements into effective, user-friendly designs.
• Engage in brainstorming, usability testing, and design reviews, iteratively improving your work based on feedback.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program related to UI/UX Design, Product Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or similar disciplines.
• Basic competence with Figma; knowledge of prototyping, components, Auto Layout, or design systems is advantageous.
• A genuine passion for designing intuitive digital experiences and addressing user needs.
• Highly motivated with curiosity and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Effective communication skills in English.
