Team Overview

The Professional Services team delivers tailored solutions for strategic clients. The Forward Deployed Engineering subgroup focuses on creating and implementing software that integrates seamlessly with the platform and its users’ environments. This team builds scalable solutions, standalone applications, and specialized features beyond the core platform's out-of-the-box functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and design secure, scalable technical solutions aligned with customer objectives.
• Develop and deploy production-grade applications incorporating user business logic and platform best practices.
• Collaborate extensively with both internal teams and external stakeholders, serving as a bridge between technical staff and leadership.
• Help define the strategic direction of the Forward Deployed Engineering team and contribute to its technical projects.
• Work closely with users to thoroughly understand their challenges and co-create effective solutions.
• Create tools, frameworks, and methodologies that enhance efficiency and impact across client accounts.

Minimum Requirements

• At least five years of hands-on experience in full-stack development using languages like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Ruby, Go, or Java.
• Expertise in backend infrastructure and scalable system development.
• Demonstrated success in designing, building, and deploying production applications.
• Proficient in rapid prototyping while ensuring high-quality standards.
• Experience with containerized applications and object-oriented programming concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with an understanding of both product and business aspects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in software consulting roles.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, API design, and data modeling.
• Experience utilizing AI APIs and AI-assisted code generation tools to boost productivity.
• Proven ability delivering impactful technical solutions within enterprise environments.
• Adaptability to ambiguity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies and tools in various client contexts.
