Role Overview
As a Bima Sakhi (Insurance Executive) with Life Insurance Corporation of India, you will be entrusted with educating customers about various insurance policies, supporting them through the enrollment process, and nurturing enduring trust with clients to aid long-term relationships.
Job Responsibilities
- Demonstrate and explain the features and benefits of LIC insurance policies to prospective customers.
- Assist potential clients in completing enrollment procedures.
- Establish and maintain lasting relationships with clients to encourage continued business.
- Manage flexible working hours suited to your local area with no fixed schedule.
Compensation and Benefits
Earn a monthly stipend ranging between Rs. 7,000 to Rs. 60,000 along with additional commissions on each successful sale.
Eligibility and Training
- Open exclusively to women who have completed at least 10th grade education.
- Applicants should be Indian residents aged between 18 and 70 years.
- Comprehensive training is provided to help you develop skills and grow professionally.
