  • Develop digital, blended, and instructor-led courses for clients, partners, and ecosystem stakeholders using standardized templates, tools, and design guidelines.

  • Apply instructional design expertise to verify that AI-assisted content fulfills learning objectives and meets expectations of professional audiences.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to transform complex technical or domain-specific content into effective learning modules for external learners.
  • Maintain and enhance curriculum content within an established portfolio of externally delivered learning assets.

  • Ensure all learning materials satisfy criteria for quality, accessibility, branding, and governance.
  • Design content modularly to promote reuse and localization, facilitating scalable deployment across diverse markets and audience segments.
  • Work cohesively with global teams, including curriculum architects, project managers, localization experts, and fellow designers, across various time zones.

Qualifications

  • Comprehensive knowledge of adult learning principles and best practices in learning experience design.
  • Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI-driven content development tools, accountable for final content quality.
  • Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts and integrating structured feedback effectively into deliverables.
  • Experience supporting localization and translation workflows in partnership with vendors or internal teams.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Previous work experience in structured enterprise settings with well-defined standards, processes, and governance.

  • Knowledge of popular learning authoring software such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, or equivalent.
  • Experience producing video-based or media-enriched learning modules.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled content creation platforms like Synthesia, or the aptitude to rapidly master AI tools to enhance efficiency in development workflows.
  • Comfortable operating within a global delivery framework involving distributed, cross-functional teams.
