Role Overview and Responsibilities

• Engage with customers via phone to facilitate the sale of diverse financial products.
• Achieve assigned targets while maintaining speed and accuracy in productivity.
• Acquire comprehensive knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits to prospects.
• Identify customer needs and successfully close sales transactions.
• Respond promptly and effectively to all internal communications.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Education level of SSC or higher.
