Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests such as quotes, order processing, product details, and order tracking within designated timeframes.
- Leverage strong customer service skills and expertise in Cisco estimates to support customers effectively.
- Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships with the Inside Sales Representative (ISR) team.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of strategic original equipment manufacturer (OEM) products and services.
- Utilize WWT's proprietary tools, operational processes, and partner-facing applications to construct and verify technical configurations.
- Understand and navigate both direct and indirect supply sources along with their quote and order procedures.
- Capitalize on product promotions and rebate programs proactively.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or add services.
- Prepare, maintain, and share comprehensive quotation and order management reports with key stakeholders.

Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience within the IT industry.
- At least five years of experience in sales or sales support/operations within the information technology sector.
- Minimum five years of experience operating in a global business environment.
- Experience preparing Cisco hardware bills of materials (BOMs) using Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW).
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with vendors and customers.
- Proven business analysis expertise and the capability to use reports to support business decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively with minimal supervision.
- Excellent multitasking abilities and subject matter expertise on daily operational processes and procedures.
