Job description
Role Overview
We are recruiting an experienced Infrastructure Delivery Manager to oversee planning, coordination, readiness, and execution of critical infrastructure projects within a portfolio of prominent venues and facilities located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This fixed-term contract position runs until March 2027.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead infrastructure and engineering planning, coordination, and delivery activities across designated venues and facilities.
- Manage communication and collaboration interfaces among clients, consultants, contractors, operators, and government entities.
- Track project progress to guarantee infrastructure work aligns with approved timelines and milestones.
- Coordinate technical reviews, inspections, testing, commissioning, and project handovers.
- Ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and operational requirements throughout project lifecycles.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
- Support operational readiness planning and integration efforts.
- Evaluate contractor performance to maintain adherence to quality, safety, and project standards.
- Coordinate utility and support infrastructure requirements—such as power, water, and telecommunications.
- Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and updates for senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving issues and making decisions across multiple project workstreams.
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
- At least 8 years of professional experience in infrastructure delivery, engineering, construction, utilities, facilities management, or large-scale developments.
- Demonstrated success managing multidisciplinary stakeholders including contractors, consultants, and client teams.
- Strong knowledge of project delivery processes, construction methodologies, infrastructure coordination, and preparation for operational handover.
- Experienced in managing project schedules, budgets, risk management, and stakeholder expectations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination abilities.
- Capable of performing effectively in fast-moving, complex project environments.
Preferred Experience
- Work involvement in giga-projects or large-scale developments.
- Knowledge of infrastructure and utility projects.
- Exposure to transportation and mobility-related developments.
- Familiarity with mixed-use developments, industrial or manufacturing facilities.
- Experience with airports, transportation hubs, or public sector programmes.
- Background in engineering consultancies or project management consultancies.
