Job Overview
This position involves managing IT-related tasks for factories specializing in hygiene products and washing powders. The role demands technical proficiency in hardware and network systems to ensure smooth factory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain printers, including providing desktop support such as system and software installations.
- Set up and troubleshoot network devices including switches, wireless controllers, and access points.
- Install and configure CCTV cameras along with Network Video Recorder (NVR) systems.
Candidate Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Have a minimum of three years of hands-on experience in IT-related roles.
- CCNA certification is advantageous.
- Demonstrate practical skills such as installing printer drivers, inspecting CCTV systems, handling network cable termination, and conducting network monitoring and installation tasks.
