Role Overview

We are seeking a full-time remote Immigration Consultant with demonstrable expertise in Canadian immigration laws and a talent for positioning our offerings to the right clients. This role not only requires providing accurate and professional immigration advice but also involves identifying client needs and persuading qualified prospects to engage with our services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver knowledgeable advice regarding Canadian immigration policies and programs.
• Accurately prepare and submit immigration applications ensuring compliance.
• Conduct evaluations to determine client eligibility and recommend best immigration routes.
• Effectively promote company services during consultations to attract and engage clients.
• Assist clients in making informed choices about utilizing our services.
• Remain current on any legal updates, policies, and procedures related to immigration.
• Act as client representative in interactions with IRCC and other authorities.
• Engage in seminars and industry events to enhance brand visibility and grow client base.
• Maintain client relationships fostering trust and referrals through exceptional service.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must hold a valid RCIC license in good standing with the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in Canadian immigration consulting.
• Proven ability to position and promote services that build client confidence and commitment.
• In-depth knowledge of Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs, LMIA, family sponsorship, and other immigration pathways.
• Excellent communication and client-focused interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, self-driven, and capable of achieving compliance and growth in a remote working environment.
