About Arab Loss Adjusters

Role Overview
The Human Resources Officer position is a full-time, on-site role based in Doha, Qatar. The officer will be responsible for managing daily HR operations including maintaining up-to-date employee records, coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities, and supporting performance management tasks. This role also involves developing and revising job descriptions, enforcing HR policies and procedures, and ensuring adherence to local labor law and company regulations. The officer will address employee relations issues, assist with recruitment and selection processes, and support training and development programs. Close collaboration with management and employees is key to fostering an inclusive, positive, and high-performance workplace.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of experience in general human resources operations and best practices.
- Expertise in developing, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures compliant with local labor laws.
- Experience in managing employee relations including conflict resolution and promoting a respectful work environment.
- Proficiency in drafting and analyzing clear, role-specific job descriptions aligned with organizational objectives.
- Desirable qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in the insurance or professional services sector is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and Microsoft Office applications.
