Role Overview
We are seeking a motivated, methodical, and approachable Human Resources Manager to join our team. This role involves overseeing the implementation and management of our HR strategies and practices across various functions including recruitment, onboarding, training, employee performance evaluation, and ensuring adherence to all relevant labor laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and coordinate the company's human resources programs and policies.
- Manage recruiting processes to attract and hire qualified personnel.
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Conduct and facilitate staff training and development initiatives.
- Monitor and manage employee performance and appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
Compensation
