About the Role

Policybazaar Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking a diligent and motivated HR Intern to join our talent acquisition team at our Gurugram office. This internship is designed as a structured learning opportunity focused on candidate sourcing and screening to support recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily sourcing of 90 to 100 candidate profiles from various online job platforms.
• Evaluating resumes against specified job requirements and eligibility benchmarks.
• Contacting potential candidates to gauge interest and verify basic qualifications.
• Updating and managing candidate information within internal tracking systems.
• Collaborating with the recruitment team to organize interview schedules and coordinate follow-ups.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Basic knowledge or familiarity with recruitment and sourcing processes is preferred.
• Capability to thrive in a performance-oriented, target-driven setting.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.

Internship Specifics

• Internship duration is 6 months.
• Attendance is required six days per week.
• Working hours are from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
• The internship is paid.
• Interns will be assessed through their performance during the period.
• High-performing interns may be offered full-time employment upon successful completion.
